It looked... odd. Mara poked the creature that was about the size of her hand. "What is it?"

"I was just reading!" Mark looked at his book frowning.

"Out loud." Mara said. She touched the creature's head. "What book were you reading this time?" It nuzzled her hand and she picked it up to hug it.

"Hunger Games." Mark closed his book and frowned.

Mari opened the door to see Mara holding the creature above her head and touching noses. "I don't want to know" She said closing the door.

The door opened "Don't want to know, oh..." Kari said dropping her shoulders. "Again Mark?"

"I just wanted to make sure I was understanding the book right." He slumped into his chair.
